GreenCape requires a service provider that will assist us in defining the requirements for a system that we would need to optimise the management of our stakeholder relationships.
We would like to clearly define what we would like the system to accomplish, and the role of the system in the organisation. The main aim of the system would be to assist GreenCape with maintaining and building a stakeholder relationship knowledge base across our organisation.
The next steps thereafter would be to identify a system that meets the defined requirements, and ensure a change management process that will enable adoption of the chosen system.
